Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park

Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park is a family-friendly Destin-ation spot. The newly renovated park includes more than 40 water slides and attractions for entertainment for all ages.

Race your friends down a hill the length of a football field as you lay on a mat on the Kowabunga Racer! One second they could be next to you, and then the next they disappear as you all are twisting and coiling down tubes, finally exploding into the sunlight, peering around to see who won! Be prepared to get wet on the Hammerhead as you start at the Temple of Doom and slide your way down every curve on the slide! Thrill seekers will enjoy the Monkey River with 360 degree turns and plenty of twists! Freefall 70 feet into darkness on Jumanji or slowly twist and slide down the Cobra Twister!

Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park unleashes FUN for ALL ages! There are plenty of fountains, waterfalls, slides and shallow pools for toddlers and preschoolers. Some kid favorites include the Lazy River, Crocodile Flats, Buccaneer Cove and Pleasure Island. Updated Private cabanas are available to rent with a server for food and drinks. This is also a perfect way to get shade and take a quick break! Big Kahuna’s has height and weight restrictions for attractions and provides coast guard approved lifejackets at no additional charge.

Big Kahuna’s Adventure Park has 3 attractions available:

Honolulu Half Pipe: Ride the perfect wave on this attraction as 17,000 gallons of water is pumped per minute for the ultimate non-stop wave!

Sky Coaster: Fly 100 feet in the air as riders reach up to 60 miles per hour and then swoop back down to the ground!

Tropical Mini Golf: If heart-racing attractions are not for you, stay on land and enjoy Big Kahuna’s newly renovated Tropical Mini Golf! The three unique golf courses are fun for the whole family. Enjoy the new beautifully landscaped courses with 54 challenging holes as you wind over wooden bridges, play through mysterious caves and under magnificent waterfalls with obstacles such as wooden Tiki heads guarding the holes. PLUS, grab and go snacks and beverages are available at the Golf Hut as you make your way through the Tropical Golf Courses! If 21 and older, grab a refreshing beer as well at the Hut!
